So, who are we? - Nicky Kumar to the far left, Clare Stribling in the middle and Charlie Ashby on the right.

The Imperial Senate Podcast was created in 2016 after hosts Charlie Ashby and Nicky Kumar met each other through their mutual love of Star Wars Podcasts.

Since that fateful day, Clare Stribling joined their ranks, and now they spent their time having fun talking about Star Wars in a uniquely earnest/eccentric fashion.

Charlie Ashby

Charlie is a Freelance Journalist from the UK and has been a massive Star Wars fan since he was very young. In fact, one of his first words was ‘Dun-Dun’, which was a baby’s approximation for the Imperial March and meant “put Star Wars on!”

He co-created and hosts The Imperial Senate Podcast and a plethora of other shows on ‘The Charlie Ashby Network’.

Nicky Kumar

Nicky is a writer based in Los Angeles and is obsessed with all things LEGO, Podracing, and X-Wings. Star Wars has been a part of his life since he watched Return of the Jedi at age 3, and he hasn’t looked back since.

When not writing or podcasting, he’s dreaming about becoming a pilot and moving to Batuu.

Clare Stribling

Clare is a bartender and medical professional from the Chicagoland area. Her passion for Star Wars began at a young age when she played with her brother’s action figures before knowing that the movies existed.

When she isn’t podcasting or running the Official Salacious Crumb Fan Club, she can be found with her dog Sport in her lap and a glass of wine in her hand.

Emma Rogers

Emnara

Emma is a web developer and long-time Star Wars nerd. She is our Creative Director and runs the online/streaming side of things for the podcast.

She is in love with Star Wars video games, with the first game she ever played being Shadows of the Empire on the N64. In her spare time, Emma runs a YouTube channel dedicated to Star Wars and MMORPG gaming.

Ben Wahrman

Ben is a writer from Chicagoland and has been a Star Wars fan since the days of the “One Last Time” VHS box set of the original trilogy.

Aside from editing the podcast, he can be found penning Star Wars-related articles, scribbling down some fanfic, and occasionally boosting shipments of coaxium for the credits.
