New Story Missions: The ship carrying Satele Shan and her students has been found! Join Jedi Knight Kira Carsen and Sith Lord Scourge to uncover the mystery behind this ship and face off against fanatical Servants of the former Sith Emperor to unravel their sinister plot in our new story update – Echoes of Oblivion!

New Flashpoint: The Spirit of Vengeance – Renegade Mandalorians have ambushed one of Shae Vizla’s capital ships – The Spirit of Vengeance II – to rip it apart and steal priceless Mandalorian relics. Fight these renegades to free Shae Vizla’s ship and save its crew and relics.

New Reward System: Players can now receive rewards each day they log into the game. Subscribers will be eligible for a Bonus reward if they play multiple days in a week.

Steam: Gamers on Steam no longer need to open the SWTOR launcher to update their game. The game will automatically stay up to date while it is installed in their Steam library.

Life Day Celebration: Life Day is back! This year, we’ve added new rewards, Conquest Objectives, and Achievements to the event.

Improved Cinematics: Several cinematics of each class’s starter planets, along with cinematics of the Black Talon and Esseles Flashpoints, have been improved.

Updated HK-51: HK-51 companion’s Tank role has undergone a pretty big rework to bring him in line with other Tank companions.

Emote Window:  This new window improves accessibility to emotes and makes it much easier to see which you’ve unlocked, which are available for purchase, and which emotes loop endlessly.

Credits: Corrected an issue where looting credits while grouped in flashpoints wasn’t distributing to everyone correctly.

Nine-Year Anniversary: Celebrate SWTOR’s Nine-Year Anniversary with us! The Anniversary Personnel Vendor is waiting for you on the Fleet. Purchase new and previous anniversary rewards for a limited time. The Dromund Kaas and Coruscant strongholds have also received their annual discount, and can be purchased for only 9 credits.

PvP: Leaving a PvP Challenge early will no longer apply any PvP deserter penalties. The terminal in Rishi Cove Arena has been moved to make it easier for Imperial characters to interact with.

The Planets of Star Wars – The Old Republic

Star Wars Galaxy Map

There are many planets in the Star Wars Galaxy. Many of the more famous worlds are featured in Star Wars – The Old Republic. You have planets such as Alderaan, Corellia, Coruscant and Ilum. You also have darkside shrouded planets such as Korriban/Moraband. You can explore Hutta and Nar Shaddaa in Hutt Space or see the beauitful Rishi Maze.

Alderaan

Alderaan

The future homeworld of Imperial Senators – Leia and Bail Organa.

Tatooine

Tatooine

Tatooine is a very harsh desert planet off all the major trade routes, Tatooine is known for its heat, its sand, its dangerous wildlife–and little else. Only a few settlements dot Tatooine’s endless wastes, inhabited by handfuls of traders and moisture farmers.

Hoth

Hoth

Few lifeforms can survive on the ice planet Hoth. Between its subzero surface temperatures, shearing winds and frequent whiteouts, the environment should be considered extremely hostile even to properly outfitted individuals; mechanical equipment and communications technology are prone to freeze and malfunction as well, making any issue potentially lethal.

Ziost

Ziost was once known as the gateway of imperial space. It is a planet shrouded in the darkside.

Quesh

Quesh was once a lush tropical swamp, Quesh’s atmosphere became toxic after a series of quakes released dangerous chemicals contained below the planet surface. Most of the native wildlife died off, and Quesh became poisonous to virtually all higher species.

Corellia

Corellia

One of the founding worlds of the Galactic Republic, Corellia nonetheless prides itself on its independence. Some of the finest starships in the galaxy are made on Corellia, along with their daring pilots–men and women looking to explore, to trade or just stay ahead of the law. The cities, like the people, are distinctly Corellian, incorporating the natural landscape into their design despite a heavy manufacturing base.

Oricon

Located in an unremarkable system well off the Hydian Way, Oricon is a planet with a lot of darkside energy.

CZ-198

In its heyday, Czerka Corporation bought up all the land it could manage–including entire moons. While some of these moons were purchased to exploit their abundant mineral deposits, most were turned into massive warehouses for excess manufacturing parts and inventory. One such storage facility was designated CZ-198. Czerka Special Executive Rasmus Blys, thrilled with its remote locale, handpicked CZ-198 to become home to his new research projects. Over the years that followed, CZ-198 grew into a major profit center for Czerka, developing and manufacturing cutting-edge droids and weapons.

Nar Shaddaa

Nar Shaddaa

Nar Shaddaa or the so-called “smuggler’s moon” is best known for one thing: anything can be bought here if the price is right. Nar Shaddaa orbits Hutta, homeworld of the Hutt Cartel, but exists as a power in its own right. Criminal organizations and legitimate enterprises operate side-by-side, regulated only by the Hutts’ whims. Gleaming skyscrapers house corporations, Hutt casinos, technology shops, spice houses and every other type of business imaginable.

Coruscant

Coruscant

The proud capital of the Republic, Coruscant is the largest, the oldest and the most diverse city-world in the galaxy. Kilometer-tall buildings cover virtually all of the planet’s surface, with the wealthy and powerful living at the top and the poorest and the most desperate dwelling near the foundations. It will be millennia, before the Imperial Senate is founded on this planet.

Ossus

Ossus

Ord Mantell

Ord Mantell

A longstanding member of the Galactic Republic, Ord Mantell is a world of deep seas, tall mountains and lush islands. Traders and merchants from across the galaxy ply their wares in Mantellian ports.
