The city of Moenia, Naboo was a large swampy city located in the southern hemisphere of the planet. It was located in the Paitnnu Wetlands of Naboo. The activity here is said only to be rivaled by Theed, Naboo.
In the Star Wars EU (Star Wars Legends) Moenia was known as an artist retreat and one frequented by detractors of Emperor Palaptine. However, there are rumors that the Emperor himself keeps a hidden retreat nearby in the mountains of Naboo.
Most days and nights you cannot see the sun or the stars but I got lucky with a clear night for this video of Moenia.
